When billing private insurance companies our goal is to provide an accurate, timely and easy to understand billing process. To help us meet our goal, please bring current insurance information, both primary and secondary, and give our office timely notice if you anticipate a change in coverage. We are a contracted or preferred provider for over 20 insurance plans/carriers (please see Insurances Carriers page for listing).

 If you are being treated as a result of a motor vehicle accident or on the job injury please bring claim numbers and contact information.
